How does it work?

Finding the right aircraft
We begin by identifying the right aircraft to address your specific needs. We manage the acquisition and delivery process, including any upgrades and refurbishment. With hundreds of transactions behind us, a managed fleet of more than 110 jets as well as our own maintenance facilities, we are uniquely able to advise you on new or pre-owned aircraft selection.
Providing the finance
ExecuJet will advise of the total cost of ownership (operating and financial) of the aircraft and deliver the most suitable form of non-recourse finance (operating or finance lease) suitable for your needs.
Managing the aircraft
One monthly fee covers aircraft finance, management, fight operations and insurance. Clients are charged an hourly fee to cover normal operating expenses. Landing fees, catering charges and other similar variable expenses are charged to you based on actual usage. Our purchasing power and global presence allows us to pass on to our client's bulk discounts such as in the areas of fuel and insurance costs. Statements are simple and comprehensive. You work with our concierge call center point of contact for the entire ExecuJet organization. Any question, any request, you know just who to call.
Flying you wherever, whenever
This is what it is all about – transporting you anywhere in the world at a moment's notice in your own aircraft. It's easy to schedule – after all, you're not sharing the jet. We maintain your aircraft, crew it, stock it with your favorite wines, cuisine or treats, and provide compatible flight attendants dedicated to you. The SimplyFly program allows for up to 800 hours of aircraft usage annually. We will organise alternative flying arrangements for you when your aircraft requires maintenance. Our 24/7 concierge service is ready to handle all of your travel arrangements, including ground transportation, hotels, dinner reservations and event tickets.

Charter income
ExecuJet is one of the world's largest charter providers. If you wish, your airplane can be placed in our program to generate charter income to reducing your total cost of ownership. You tell us how much time you want to make available for charter; we'll handle it from there.
End-of-term options
We will review your options with you at the end of your contract term. In the case of an operating lease, you can simply give back the keys or request a new lease on this or an alternative aircraft. In the case of a finance lease, ownership is transferred to you at the end of the lease term.
